This statement describes the current website and its interactive previews.
Project inquiries
When you submit the contact form, your name, email, project description and optional details are sent through FormSubmit to hello@formandmatter.io. We use them to respond to your inquiry. FormSubmit states that it retains submissions for 30 days; email copies remain in our studio inbox. Please do not include sensitive personal information.
To ask about your inquiry or request deletion of the studio’s copy, email hello@formandmatter.io. Read FormSubmit’s privacy information for its processing practices.
Website resources
Vercel serves this site. Fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives normal request information, including an IP address. The studio site has no advertising or analytics tracking.
Motion preference
If you pause the animations, this site remembers that choice in your browser’s session storage while you browse. This preference stays in your browser and is not sent to the studio.
Client workspace
The client portal uses Firebase Authentication to identify invited users and a secure session cookie to keep them signed in for up to eight hours. Project briefs, milestones, and access permissions are stored in Firestore and are available only to authorized project members. Signing out ends the user’s active sessions.
Development previews may use a separate hosting provider and sign-in process. To ask about your account, project information, or access removal, contact hello@formandmatter.io.
Interactive previews
Kanya uses fictional records; changes reset on reload. Baltimore’s preview does not send its demonstration form automatically. SLAB is an independent concept site. External project websites have their own behavior and privacy practices.
